It's an easy and convenient way to manage your funds, whenever you wish, on a safe secure connection.
Automated Teller Machines (ATMs)
Our locations in Austin, MacGregor, Gladstone, Plumas and Portage have ATMs for quick access to your account. These locations offer 24 hour 7 day service for withdrawals, deposits, account inquiries and account transfers.
Debit Cards
A quick and easy way to purchase products and services anywhere in the world that offers the service to their customers. When so many businesses are no longer accepting personal cheques, the debit card can be the solution.
Telephone Banking
Do your banking from the comfort of your own home on your home telephone. Pay bills, transfer funds, inquire about past transactions. Other services are available. For information and to sign up for this, contact any of our five branches.

Go online and obtain account information, and other information on this secured site.
Insurance Services
Insurance is described as a hedge against unforseen events or circumstances. The Austin Credit Union can offer insurance products to ensure that if tragedy happens, you and your family will have less worries about outstanding loans and payments.
Non-Mortgage Products
Credit Life
Pays off principal balance owing on a term loan as of date of death.
Credit Disability
After a short waiting period, payments will be made to assist with the loan payments until you are able to work again.
Term Life
A set monthly premium renewable every ten years.
Disability
When disabled, and after a short waiting period, you will receive monthly payments. This can be purchased even if you don't have loan payments. Something to think about if you currently are not covered by your present employer.
Mortgage Products
Mortgage Life
Pays off any principal balance owing on a mortgage if member has passed away.
Mortgage Disability
After a short waiting period, pays out amounts to assist with your mortgage payment until you are ready to return
to work.
