Name your accounts! You are special. We’ve always known this… and now so does our banking technology. There is no longer a need to memorize account numbers; your name is all we need.
Internet and telephone banking After the conversion weekend, when you first access internet or telephone banking, you will use the temporary Personal Access Code (PAC). Instructions will be mailed by letter from our office in mid January. Then, simply follow the instructional prompts given in MemberDirect and TeleService.
Any future-dated or recurring bill payments you have created on your online and/or telephone banking accounts will process as per your instructions, including CRA payments (please refrain from scheduling bill payments February 6-9, which is our conversion weekend).
Conversion readiness! How to prepare for the conversion…
Automatic payments/transfers & pre-authorized transactions: All pre-authorized transfers and payments between accounts currently set up at your branch will continue to operate and be processed normally. This includes loan payments. No action required.
Cheques and cards & Member correspondence!
The cheques and cards you currently hold will function after conversion as they do today. No action is required.
Statements, notices and term deposit information will have a new look and feel. You will receive your statements with the same frequency as you do today.
Note* all members will receive a statement with a February 5th cut-off date.
